Sam is very professional and a very nice person. I got highlights and the result was more than I was expecting, as I had dark brown hair and the highlights turned as light as I wanted. I also had a bob haircut, and the result was exactly how I showed her in a picture that I wanted. I would definitely recommend her and I will come back whenever I will feel is time for a change.
